Natural herbal tea for  Back & Muscle Pain, Arthritis, Rheumatism

Contains: ginger, thyme, black cumin, cinnamon, cress seeds, and other herbs

Usage: Drink twice a day before meals. Soak 1 teaspoon of tea in 1 cup of very hot water. Leave 10-15 minutes, strain, and drink.
